You’re a mover and a shaker and a risk taker. You see the current leadership vacuum and your first thought is – finally!
You’ve already experienced a ton of success and have the accolades and revenue to prove it. But you know it’s time to be even bolder and louder. While others might think 2020 is cancelled, you see it as a huge opportunity to more fully step into your vision and you’d love to meet up with a high-caliber, diverse group doing the same.
Attend a live retreat from Miraval Austin from the comfort of your own home (or local hotel or rental if you want to get away from your family – we won’t judge).
You’ll receive the detailed agenda closer to Summer Camp, but you can plan for the following general schedule:
Wednesday, July 29 from 12-5pm (with a later evening social option)
Thursday, July 30 from 10am-5pm (with earlier morning wellness activity options)
Friday, July 31 from 10am-2pm
**All times based on Austin, TX - Central Daylight Saving Time**
Imagine showing up at Summer Camp excited to meet the others in your curated “cabin” (based on revenue and industry) and “camp counselor” (another industry leader). After each morning kickoff, you’ll meet with your cabin before you head off on your adventures for the day. (Yes, this is all virtual. We can’t wait for you to see how it works).
You’re kind of a big deal and you know it, so you’re not ashamed to admit that you prefer glamping over camping. That’s why you’re excited to attend your first virtual summer camp at Miraval Austin, a high-end, mindfulness resort. Even though you won’t be there in person, it’s the next best thing. Heather will be on-site and she’ll have a video crew with her, which means that for the first time ever (yep, read that again), you’ll be able to go behind-the-scenes and experience some of Miraval’s programming and activities from the comfort of your own home.
When it comes time for workshops and roundtables, you’ll have multiple options to choose from. Want to focus on your business? Great! Prefer to focus on your well-being? Wonderful! Trust what you need in each moment. Regardless of what you decide, expect to engage in lively and interactive programs, including small breakouts for deeper conversations and connections.
Then come back together throughout the day for funny, heart-warming, and thought-provoking keynotes, stand-up, storytelling, spoken word, and more. You’ll love cheering on these badass women (and one awesome man!) as they inspire and challenge you.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and excited for the future so that you can fully step into the bigger role you want in this world. The only thing you’ll regret is when Summer Camp comes to an end.
The higher you climb, the lonelier it can be. It can be difficult to find programs and groups who truly get you. And that was prior to 2020!
Now more than ever, we need high-end retreats like these to connect with other like-minded leaders (aka scheme to take down the patriarchy), laugh and have fun, find balance and get reconnected to our higher purpose, and get fired up for the future.
Not to mention, you’ll get a front row seat to an innovative and game-changing event that will give you great ideas for moving forward. It’s time to get creative and reimagine what’s possible.
Even though you’re generally the one leading the event or giving the presentation, you can finally take off your cape and let others support you instead.
And if you identify as a man, this is your opportunity to experience what it’s like to attend an event where most of the attendees, presenters, and leaders are women. Prediction: You’ll never want to attend a male-dominated event again!
